LS Central's Barcodes functionality lives separately from Business Central's Item References. This means you cannot leverage your Barcode information in Warehouse solutions such as InsightWorks or Lanham.

Our synchronization mechanism will keep your LS Barcodes and Item References in sync so you can use the same "barcode" anywhere in the system without needing to manually maintain two setups.

When creating a Member on the LS Central Point of Sale (POS), you need to manually link or create a Member Card; without it you can't use the Member on the POS. When you aren't using Physical Member Cards, this becomes an unnecessary and cumbersome process to the cashier. Instead, our functionality will generate a "virtual" Membership Card record for any newly created Member Contact making sure they are ready to be linked to a sale with as little time and clicks as possible!

While standard LS Central only displays a simple information message for what change the cashier should give the customer for the last transaction, with POS Power Tools for LS Central you have a choice of showing this as a popup message or a coloured banner at the top of the screen.

In some jurisdictions (such as in Ontario, Canada) there is a special tax rate for transactions that only contain prepared food and total below a specific total amount. This functionality allows for changing Tax settings on the transaction on the fly without interaction from the cashier while preserving all tax tracking and reporting.
